April Wang
About Me
April Wang is currently a freshman attending Rhode Island School of Design for a BFA in Graphic Design. Much of her artwork is inspired by found objects: little trinkets she finds in a bin of craft supplies, trash from around the house, even locations like a beach or her own closet. Every piece is a snapshot of her thoughts in the moment, every design a way of celebrating the places, cultures, and people she encounters. With her art, April wants to capture the ephemeral changes, the everyday little epiphanies and passions that make up her life.
In her free time, April likes to craft gifts for friends, as well as discover to new K-pop groups and musicals. She also has a list of books to read that is growing longer by the day no matter how fast she reads.
